Baby Keepsake Bears are lovingly handmade from patchwork created from your child's outgrown baby clothes, and are a perfect way to remember those early days!
Made with the utmost care and attention to detail, your bear will be a wonderful heirloom which is unique to you.
We can use most types of fabrics, although hand-knitted or crocheted items may not be suitable.
Your bear will be approximately 17 inches
tall. The number of items of clothing required to make the bear will depend
on what size they are. As an example, a bear can be made using
eight items of clothing aged newborn to age one, as they are quite small.
This gives us enough fabric to make the patchwork plus it gives a variety of
colours and textures.
Please ensure all clothes you send are nice and clean - but there’s no need to iron them!
Let us know the name of who the bear will belong to, and whether it is for a special occasion, and we will include a personalised certificate.
For an added personal touch, we can also put the name and birth date of your baby on the teddy.
Or we can print your baby's hand and footprints, a favourite photo or drawing, or your baby's name etc, and incorporate them into the patchwork.
Finally please note: these bears are made as a keepsake not a toy, and
are not suitable for children under the age of 14.
Please be aware that the arms and legs are joined to the body by buttons
and these could be a choking hazard
to small children and babies in the unlikely event that they should become loose.

The cushion can come complete with inner pad (either feather or synthetic) or as just a cushion cover, and the design can be created to suit you. Please just contact us for details.
