When you send your clothing or fabrics, please remember to include the following information: name, address (and delivery address if different), telephone number, email address, the date your bear is required by if applicable, and the name of the recipient plus any other information for the certificate.
Each custom-made bear costs £60 plus £9 P&P (Royal Mail Special Delivery). If you want the printed personalisation it is £5 extra. There is also now a smaller bear available for £40 plus £8 P&P.
